被爆70年の今年、岡山で「被爆2世・3世の会」が10月24日に結成される運びとなりました。
原水爆禁止国民平和大行進、NPT（核不拡散条約）再検討会議・ニューヨーク行動に参加した被爆2世のメンバーが中心になって準備をしてきました。
